Diagnostic Bench Fee

This fee applies if:

•You decline the repair after we diagnose your console
•Your gaming console cannot be repaired (unrepairable)

Why this fee? The bench fee covers our technician's time and expertise to professionally diagnose your device, identify the problem, and provide you with an accurate repair quote.

I understand and acknowledge that a bench fee of R517.50 will be charged if I don't proceed with the repair after diagnosis, or if my gaming console is found to be unrepairable. I understand this fee covers the technician's time to diagnose my device.

This acknowledgment will be recorded with your booking for reference.
